ABUS 55 Series Brass Locks

Customers can request a return or an exchange within 30 days after receiving the product.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Customers need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation number or a receipt. If the padlock is defective, we offer a full refund or a replacement.  

Customers who want to return the padlock for other reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, need to pay for the return shipping. The refunds exclude any shipping or handling charges. Returns subject to 25% resocking fee.

All products are shipped same day if ordered before 8:00am EST, or  next business day if ordered after 8:00am. Shipping is provided by 3rd party and Durham Regional Locksmiths is not responsible for shipping delays.
