Durham Regional Locksmiths is rapidly growing. We are looking for experienced locksmiths with some or all of the following skills:
 

• Key cutting (manual and automated machines)

• Rekeying locks and pinning lock cylinders

• Master key system design and implementation

• Lock installation (residential, commercial, and industrial)

• Door hardware installation and adjustment (hinges, closers, strikes)

• Safe opening, maintenance, and combination changes

• Automotive key cutting and programming (including transponder and smart keys)

• Diagnosing and repairing lock malfunctions

• Reading and interpreting key codes and lock specifications

• Familiarity with various keyways, security pins, and high-security lock systems Medeco / Mul-T-Lock.

• Understanding lock picking and non-destructive entry techniques

• Drilling, tapping, and precision mechanical work

• Electronic access control installation and troubleshooting

• Ability to work independently and in emergency situations
